BYASEN Mall Service Agreement

You are welcome to sign this BYASEN Mall Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with BYASEN Mall and use BYASEN Mall's services!

[Read carefully] You should read this Agreement carefully before you click to agree to this Agreement in the application registration process. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability, breach of contract, application of law and dispute resolution clauses. 【Signing Action】When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement and complete all the registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement and agreed with BYASEN to become a "user" of BYASEN Mall. In the process of reading this Agreement, if you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms and conditions, you should immediately stop the registration process.

I. Definition

BYASEN Mall: refers to the BYASEN Mall (www.byasen.com) and the clients that get information downloaded from the site.

BYASEN: refers to BYASEN Electromechanical Equipment Co.

BYASEN Mall Services: BYASEN provides you with various services based on the Internet and APP in various forms including BYASEN Mall website, client, mobile APP, etc. (including new service forms that will emerge from future technological development).

BYASEN Mall rules: including all rules, interpretations, announcements, etc. that have been published in BYASEN Mall and subsequently published, as well as various rules, implementation details, product flow instructions, announcements, etc. that have been published in BYASEN Mall's forums and help centers.

User: Click to agree to this Agreement, complete the BYASEN Mall user registration process, and accept the services provided by the Mall.

Same User: Anyone who uses the same identification information or whose actual control of multiple BYASEN accounts is determined to be the same person by BYASEN's investigation is considered the same user.

One party: It refers to BYASEN, BYASEN Mall or the user.

Both parties: refers to BYASEN, BYASEN Mall and the user.

Electronic contract: including this agreement, orders, and other written documents.
