I. Working requirements of hydraulic system

This hydraulic station is applied to drive the clinker cooler in cement plant. Through the round-trip movement of 2 columns of hydraulic cylinders (each column consists of 5 hydraulic cylinders), it drives the conveying parts and completes the conveying of clinker. It is required to ensure the smooth and reliable movement of the driving mechanism of the cooler. The working environment of this hydraulic station: temperature <50℃, dust content <100mg/Nm3.

II. Equipment requirements

1. Oil cylinder

(1) Specifications: 90X50X200.

(2) Number of strokes of hydraulic cylinder: 0-30 times / min.

(3) hydraulic cylinder working pressure: 0-250bar;

(4) hydraulic cylinder stroke: 200mm (effective stroke 150mm).

(5) Hydraulic cylinders in two columns, ten pieces.

(6) to ensure the synchronous operation of a column of hydraulic cylinders (5), that is, a piston pump alone to control five hydraulic cylinders.

(7) The operation of two columns of cylinders can be unsynchronized.

2. hydraulic station

(1) hydraulic main pump motor set adopts 2 with 1 standby mode, that is, two pumps work in normal operation, respectively, to control the operation of two columns of hydraulic cylinders, and the other pump motor set is a standby pump.

(2) Main pump model: P14P-2R1E-7J6-A00-000 (229.5ml/r), motor: 110kw, 4-pole, 380V/AC.

(3) Oil tank volume: 2m3, made of stainless steel;

(4) Other hydraulic components are detailed in the parts list.

Three, electrical control requirements

Party A self-equipped electrical control device, but Party B must provide Party A with the electrical requirements necessary for the operation of the hydraulic station itself, including.
